FYI – for those of you flying in for the weekend, the Friday night dinner is not happening until 8:30pm and the Sunday brunch starts at 11am. Just wanted you all to know so you can coordinate your flights or drives into town 🙂

Just wanted to give you all a ‘heads up’ about logistics during Hunter’s Bat Mitzvah weekend.
PLEASE plan on renting a car during your stay. We cannot guarantee you transportation to and from the airport or to the various venues throughout the weekend. If renting a car is out of the question, we can offer you the following alternatives:
1) Fly into Reagan International Airport and take the metro to Ballston on the Orange Line. The hotel is just a couple blocks away.
2) Call others you know who are attending and arrange to carpool.
3) Yellow taxis never go out of style.

Hunter’s Bat Mitzvah weekend will be Friday, October 5th – Sunday, October 7th, 2012. We have arranged for our guests to stay at The Westin Arlington Gateway Hotel in Arlington, Virginia at a discounted price of $119.00 per night.

Friday, October 5th – Dinner for Out of Towners (location to be determined) 5:30pm
Saturday, October 6th – The day is free for sightseeing.
Hunter has a mincha (evening) service ~5:00p.m. (Temple Rodef Shalom)
Hunter’s party ~7:00pm – 11:00pm. (Westin Arlington Gateway)
Sunday, October 7th – Farewell Tour Brunch for Out of Towners – ~ 11am
